- Soil : Very clayer. Plantation on the Hauterivien (Villy) which makes wines light and fresh with a good minerality.
- Harvest : Mecanical
- Work in the vines : Organic practices, work of the soils, disbudding
- Vinification : Alcoholic fermentation on native yeasts and malolactic fermentation on regulated stainless steel tanks. Maturing on fine lees for 6 months. Light fining.
- Potential of aging : 3-5 years
- Bottling : After 12 months in tanks
- Temperature of service : 10-12°C
- Some advices : To be drunk in aperitif
