Troesmes is mineral on the nose with toastes flavours. Very good expression of the soil through a full and rich mouth. It’s a racy wine.

  • Harvest : Manually harvested in small cases of 15 kg so that the grapes are put directly in the press (pneumatic press). Everything is done to obtain richer wine of very high aromatic purity.
  • Work in the vines : We work among organic practices using natural products only, working the soils.
  • Vinification : Setting of the juice during 24 hours. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations on native yeasts in regulated stainless steel tanks for 60 % of the volume and in oak barrels of different ages for the left. Racking after malolactic fermentation. Blending of wines matured in vats and in barrels. Light fining with fish-glue
  • Potential of aging bottling : 8-10 years
  • Bottling : After 18 months
