Grain de Survie - 2016 - Chardonnay - Pommier

We present you our new range of wines "Grain de Survie". As its name indicates, this range is born as a result of the strong climatic hazards which damaged by two consecutive times, most of our harvest.
These wines come from rigorously selected grapes and vinified with the minimum of intervention.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Produced on a steep hillside made of flint clay in the town of Champvallon, near Joigny, this Pinot Noir is a wine with some tannins and good notes of red fruits. We recommand to drink it young.

Bourgogne Pinot Beurot

The Pinot Beurot comes from a rosé gray grape that evokes the bure with which the dress of the monks of Citeaux was made. It comes from vines located in Volgré near Joigny. Very floral and not very acidic, it is of a great aromatic complexity presenting a beautiful roundness always supported by a nice freshness and a beautiful persistence. It is a white wine of a very powerful character that keeps very well.
