Philosophy - In the Vineyard

In respect for our heritage, we work the vine in a spirit of reflection, producing grapes that are always of the highest quality.

With quality in mind, we first of all chose to run the vineyard using sustainable farming practices, with a minimum of herbicides, acaricides, etc.

We worked in this way for fifteen years before turning, two years ago, towards organic farming in order to produce rich, authentic wines with great aromatic purity.

We rigorously and tirelessly work towards the harmony of the terroirs by adopting farming practices that respect nature and the wine, with the ultimate aim of producing a wine which is rich in aromatic complexity.

As regards the protection of the vineyard, priority is given to ecological control methods and to the development of practices that preserve the environment.
